Our story began in the early nineties, when our founder, Emehul Jonathan Alvarado Méndez, started the business with little more than a four-cylinder pickup, a small mower, a weed eater, and a handheld blower.
What began as a simple weekend job grew—through hard work, determination, and a bit of luck—into a thriving landscape contracting company. Over the decades, Pro Lawn Cut & Landscaping has proudly served hundreds of commercial and residential clients across the Greater Austin area. As we’ve grown, our teams, systems, and processes have continued to evolve, always striving to deliver better service and stronger results.
Yet one thing has never changed: our commitment to providing professional, reliable, and honest landscaping services.
Today, our core team of 25–30 field professionals brings more than 100 years of combined experience. We offer complete landscape maintenance and installation services, handling everything from the simplest tasks to the most complex, start to finish. While our internal team leads every project, we also work with carefully selected partners to support specialized needs or ensure deadlines are met. Our size and agility allow us to respond quickly to our clients’ immediate needs, and although every project has a dedicated manager, we expect every team member to take ownership of our collective success.

This past year, we suffered the loss of our founder. His work ethic, integrity, and spirit continue to guide us, and we honor his legacy through every project we complete and every client we serve.
