Pro Lawn Cut & Landscaping and Shademaker Studios Announce 2025 Texas ASLA Merit Award for the Ashby Residence Landscape Project
Austin, Texas — December 2025 — Pro Lawn Cut & Landscaping, in collaboration with Shademaker Studios, is honored to announce that the project has been awarded a 2025 Texas ASLA Merit Award in the category of Residential Design for the 1821 & 1823 Ashby Residence project. The award recognizes the outstanding landscape design and construction that brought this urban Austin property to life through craftsmanship, innovation, and designer-builder synergy.
The Texas Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (Texas ASLA) recognizes Merit Award recipients as leaders in exemplary landscape architecture and design within the state. The Ashby Residence was officially acknowledged this year for its cohesive approach to site planning, outdoor living integration, and full-spectrum landscape detailing.
Located in one of Austin’s premier urban neighborhoods, the 1821 & 1823 Ashby Residence showcases the strength of a unified design–build partnership. Shademaker Studios shaped the conceptual and technical design vision, while Pro Lawn Cut & Landscaping executed the installation with precision, material expertise, and a deep commitment to quality.
